Hire Information

Hire Duration

Standard hire is 4 hours.  Note the entire 4 hours is your bouncing time.
We set up before and pack up after the hire period.

All castles can be hired for additional time by arrangement.

Let us know your party requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Terms and Conditions

We are required to have standard terms and conditions of hire which must be signed by a responsible person over the age of 18 years of age who will take responsibility of supervision during hire period.

Booking Information

Some of the questions we will ask you at the time of taking your booking:

· Hire Date?

· Which castle?

· Hire duration?  We are happy to hire our castles for additional time.

· Ground surface?  Grass is preferable, please advise for other ground surfaces so we ensure the correct anchorages are used.

· Access to power outlet?  Is a generator required (a generator can be arranged on a fee for service basis)?

· Name of responsible person?  Note: must be over the age of 18 -
usually a parent or legal guardian.

· Child’s name and age?

· Contact details: phone, email, address?

· Would you like to use our complementary Invitations and how many do you require?

· Special requests, such as a party castle supervisor
(a supervisor can be arranged on a fee for service basis)?

Payment is COD (cash on delivery). 

All prices quoted include GST.

Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is made a booking confirmation letter will be forwarded to you in the post.
